The Kappa Community Service Foundation of El Paso and Las Cruces is a tax-exempt 501(C) (3) organization. The Kappa Community Service Foundation administers a number of scholarship funds that provide financial assistance to deserving male youth(s), to assist them with their pursuit of higher education. The applicants must live in the El Paso County, Dona Ana County, and Otero County area.
